Times are hard but we are still HERE!

Yesterday an isolated community gathered together to make their own road to our clinic.

15 years ago, my friends and I visited this small, isolated community, a half a day’s walk to any other village. No doctors, medical staff, or access to any outside help. Partner Haiti has been holding medical clinics there when we can, and yesterday the people decided to start building their own path straight to our clinic, to make the 8 hour journey more bearable to those who need emergency care.

We are constantly amazed at the determination of the people we serve. They know what they deserve, and they deserve for their children to have a chance at life. Building this road is just the beginning.
